My name is Muzaffar Ahmed. I have more than 5 years of experience in the call center industry and have worked at different levels in various established MNC's and Global companies like GE money servicing, Nipuna Services, Dell International Sevices, Countrywide Financial Services, 24/7 customer and Anthem Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. I have worked in almost all the categories at the entry level and +1 levels in call centers. I have worked as a voice and accent trainer, process trainer and also a case manager (which is equivalent to assistant team leader). a frontline agent in  sales and marketing, customer service and technical support processes in my career.
